Grilled Pear

Sliced pears, honey-marinated and grilled, with walnuts and blue cheese on mixed greens and drizzled with a honey balsamic dressing.


Salmon Naranja

Citrus-basted salmon, grilled until lightly caramelized, over mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, mandarin oranges, carrots, cucumbers, and orange-basil dressing.


Low Country

Octane's signature salad - a delicious mix of mandarin oranges, toasted almonds, Craisins™, and honey poppyseed dressing over mixed greens. It takes us back to our days in the South... refreshing as a cool breeze through a Savannah square.


Mocambo

This salad has a retro flair with tart apple slices, dried cherries, honey toasted walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette on mixed baby greens.


Blackened Salmon or Tuna

Salmon or tuna steak dredged in blackening spices, then pan-fried and served on a bed of mixed greens, cucumbers, croutons, and cheery-cherry tomatoes with a cool tabasco-ranch dressing.


Grilled Shrimp Salad

Plump, grilled shrimp, artichokes, and grilled asparagus on greens with creamy cracked pepper parmesan dressing.


Jackson Street

Pear slices and sugared walnuts with gorgonzola and raspberry vinaigrette over mixed greens.


Caesar

Garlic croutons, mixed greens, black olives, and grated parmesan.


Soup and Salad

A bowl of today's soup with bread and a hearty side salad. Choice of Low Country, Jackson Street, Mocambo, or Caesar.
